Liaoning Tianyuan Pump Manufacture Co., Ltd. is located in the National Development Zone in Yingkou. Yingkou port is one of the ten largest ports in China. There is gorgeous natural scenery and hospitable Tianyuan members.
After ten years' accumulation and unremitting efforts, we have made a qualitative leap in overall strength and great progress in research and production capacities. For further development, we invest 100 million RMB in building a new factory, covering an area of 30000 square meters including a building area of 16000 square meters.
We have got further improvement in the process and inspection of equipment, such as professional milling machines for screw pumps, large vertical lathes, large digital display boring machines, CNC lathes, material automatic analysis test instruments, X-ray testing equipment, world-leading dynamic balancing machines, trilinear coordinated measuring machines and computer combination inspection experimental stations of nucleus triplex pump performance.
We have obtained seven product patents for Horizontal without Leakage Strong Self-suction Pumps, Convenient Dismantle Vertical Strong Self-Suction Pumps, Strong Self-Suction Liquid Lower without Shaft Pumps, Horizontal without Leakage Remove Sand Pumps, Vertical Self-Suction Pumps, Series of Parallel Connection Vessel Using Pumps and Screw Pumps. The technology of High Temperature & Wear Proof Double-suction Twin-screw Pumps has reached internationally advanced level. The series of Screw Pumps and Centrifugal Pumps completely satisfy medium transfers of petroleum industry, chemical industry, steel industry, electric industry, vessel industry, etc.
We passed the evaluation of ISO9002 international quality system certification in 1999, ISO9001 certification in 2004 and China Classification Society (CCS) certification. All shows that we have developed into a new stage in the management and product quality.
